Do kids learn more from what you ask them to do or what they see you doing?

We all ask kids to do things - the 'right things'. But constantly send conflicting messages by doing the 'wrong things' ourselves. The child is constantly confused not sure if to do what he is asked to do or what he sees parents doing. The message in the attached video is different but clearly shows how kids learn from observation. We ought to watch out what we ask our juniors to do! Watch this video: Children learn what they see
